This moon shaped Dog Tag comes in your choice of three sizes and three metals.

Dog Tag is stamped with your pet's name on the front along with quarter moon and stars. Please note that the scale of the design may differ slightly depending upon size chosen. Sizes available are 1", 1 1/8" and 1.5". Metal choices are weathered copper, brushed aluminum and warm bronze. Up to two lines of 12 characters may be stamped upon the back; options are in the drop down.

All sizes will be attached to two high quality stainless steel split rings.
