This simple dog tag holds all the info needed if your dog should wander off. If something should happen, your Vet's number should be the first one called! However, it may be changed to Mom's number or any other number that you wish. Please note this tag comes with two stamps contacts. If one more is needed, you may find the listing for back stamping in the add on section of the shop (or put backstamping in the shop search bar).

This 1.25" tag comes in your choice of copper (shown), bronze, nugold and brushed aluminum. Info may be changed to suit you and your pup's needs.

***Please let me know if your pet is chipped. if you do not indicate so, I will NOT put the word chipped on the tag, as many pets have not been chipped***

Your tag will arrive in a beautiful little organza draw string bag. I ship via USPS first class using tracking.
